Three workouts in one! 20/20/20 will start you off with 20 minutes of low-impact cardio, followed by 20 minutes dedicated to sculpt and tone (think Pilates, Barre), and will finish with 20 minutes of combined core and stretching. All levels welcome.
This class combines strength, cardio, and yoga to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle as you burn an average of 500 calories per class! In this class you will see traditional yoga poses mixed with strength-training movements such as lunges, squats, and curls, combined with free weights and other fitness equipment.
