Vinyasa

From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way”, vinyasa yoga aligns a deliberate sequence of physical poses, or asanas, linked with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Participants in a vinyasa yoga class will awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Open to all levels.

Restorative

Restorative yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you normally would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through your discomfort and sit with your thoughts. All levels welcome.

Foundations

Yoga Foundations is designed for our beginner yogis, or those who simply prefer a more gentle flow. Participants in Yoga Foundations will learn basic poses and breathing techniques to ensure a safe, comfortable, and effective practice. All levels welcome.
