Gift Certificates are available for purchase in the studio or through the MINDBODY app. If you have not already, download the free MINDBODY app and search for Rise Aerial Fitness.

Monthly Unlimited and Student/Senior monthly memberships allow unlimited access to ALL classes offered at the studio. A valid student ID/Drivers License must be presented to verify eligibility for the Student/Senior membership.

12 Month Unlimited membership clients are allowed the same unlimited access to ALL classes offered. Purchasing this bulk-style membership will save members 30%!

Attendance Policy

All participants must be on time for class! We understand that time is precious and wish to respect the time of our members as well as our instructors. The door at Rise will be locked promptly at the listed start time of class in order for class to begin on time, avoid disruption, and ensure safety. In the first few minutes of class the instructor will lead a warmup which is crucial as it prepares the mind and body for the workout ahead and prevents injury.

Cancellation Policy

All membership, class pack, drop-in, private session, and workshop payments are non - refundable. All members must pre register for a class in order to be guaranteed a spot. If you have registered for a class and are unable to attend we ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as you become aware you will be unable to make it.

If your reservation is canceled prior to the beginning of class you may reschedule another class without penalty or loss of funds. If you have purchased a single class or a class pack and do not cancel prior to the beginning of class, your class/pack will still be deducted as if you took the class without refund.

ALL members with unlimited monthly memberships are asked to abide by the same cancellation policies in order to allow for waitlisted members to gain access to class.

Waitlist

If a class you are interested in is full we recommended signing up for the waitlist option! Members plans do change last minute which means there’s a good chance you may still get into the class. When a spot becomes available the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class roster. This person will be notified via email and text message.
