Aerial Flow
Participants will be guided through a sequence of grounded, floating, and inverted poses, or asanas, while using the assistance of the aerial hammock for most movements. Our aerial flow class is structured similarly to a traditional vinyasa yoga class as we link our breath to our movement. You will leave this class feeling, challenged, strong, refreshed, and relaxed. This class is great for beginners and open to all levels.
Aerial Foundations
Aerial Foundations will introduce you to your aerial hammock! You will learn the importance of alignment and muscle activation in creating balance on your hammock. This class will prepare you for Aerial Flow and Aerial Fit and provide a great conditioning experience for you. This class is perfect for beginners and will still challenge all levels. Your aerial classes are a fusion of yoga, Pilates, ballet and strength conditioning.
Unite strength and flexibility in our Aerial Fit and Flow class, designed to give you a full-body workout with a dynamic balance of aerial and ground-based movements. Start with 10-15 minutes of invigorating aerial flow to warm up and engage your body. Then, transition into 20 minutes of non-aerial fitness, incorporating bodyweight exercises, light weights, and other equipment to build strength, endurance, and mobility. The class finishes with another 10-15 minutes of aerial flow and a cool-down, leaving you feeling balanced, strong, and refreshed. Whether you're new to aerial or a seasoned practitioner, Fit and Flow offers a fun and challenging workout for all levels.
